The 21st State Sqay Championship 2021 held at Indoor Stadium Srinagar in which Iqra Riyaz from Shadab Karewa Shopian won Gold medal and selected for participation in nationals.

She has brought Laurels for Valley in genaral and Shadab Karewa in particular. The credit for her success must also go to her brother and mentor Sheikh Rizwan Riayz who is also a national level player and coach of Sqay Martial Arts Club Shadab Karewa Shopian.
It is pertinent to mention that SQAY Martial Arts Club Shadab Karewa Shopian bagged two medals in todays championship, one Gold by Iqra Riyaz and other Bronze by Mehraan Khursheed.
