Srinagar, February 09 : A grievance cell consisting of representatives from all the essential service departments is functional at PCR Kashmir and takes immediate steps for redressal of the grievances. The grievances received by the Grievance Cell are forwarded to the concerned Departments for redressal and a proper follow up.
The Grievance Cell consists of Health, Power Development department (PDD), Jal-Shakti, Roads & Buildings department (R&B), Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Fire & Emergency services, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCSCA) and Mechanical Engineering Department (MED). In order to cater to heavy volume of calls it has been decided to add one more landline number for the assistance of the complainants. The grievances can be registered through telephone on the below mentioned numbers:
