Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has written to all Deputy Commissioners of Kashmir to provide information / details in Associations / Union registered in various Government Departments in there respective departments.
“I am directed to forward herewith a copy of letter No: FC(Adm-Misc)06/2021dated: 08/02/2021 alongwith its enclosures received from the office of Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K Jammu regarding the subject cited above with thei request to kindly furnish the consolidated information strictly as per the devised format given below to this office for its onward submission to the higher authorities, reads the letter.
The details which has been asked to furnish include name of association/Union, registration number, aims and objectives as per MOA, area of operation, office Bearers, term of office, election held last, accounts audited up to date, name/ contact no of the office bearer (head) and details pf bank accounts along with available funds as on 31st of December 2020.
Matter may he treated as Most urgent, the order further adds.
