Death toll rises 2016 with six new deaths

Srinagar April 07 : Jammu and Kashmir today reported 812 fresh positive cases of COVID, by so far biggest cases this year, and six new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 134827.
These cases include 347 from Jammu division and 465 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.
The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports two new deaths, while Jammu division reports four new deaths, taking the death toll to 2018 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 239 cases were reported from Srinagar, 78 from Baramulla, 42 from Budgam, 11 from Pulwama, 23 from Kupwara, 27 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 17, Ganderbal 11, Kulgam 08, Shopian 09, Jammu 138, Udhampur 79, Rajouri 04, Doda 07, Kathua 29, Samba 11, Kishtwar 09, Poonch 04, Ramban 04 and Reasi 62
Moreover, they said, 254 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 62 from Jammu division and 192 from Kashmir division.
