The Chief Engineer further told that the staff scarcity in Kupwara district would be assessed in coming days and said that four JEs have been posted in Handwara and Kupwara even today itself. The CE later visited Gazreyal in Kupwara and sorted out a dispute between the two locations there viz-a-viz drinking water.
